Payment Terms: To initiate your order, we require a 100% deposit. Conveniently, we accept payments via credit cards and PayPal for equipment purchases.
Deposit Instructions: Equipment will be dispatched promptly upon receiving the deposit. Please facilitate the deposit through a wire transfer to the designated account.
Freight Details: Included in the provided quote is a $4,500 allowance for dock-to-dock freight and insurance. Any additional rigging requirements (such as extra manpower or forklift services) are the responsibility of the customer.
Ink Purchases: Kindly note that the responsibility for ink procurement rests with the buyer.
Sample Printing: For quality assurance, customers are encouraged to provide samples for testing adhesion, durability, and overall print quality. Upon testing, the samples meeting the customer's requirements will be promptly returned.
Warranty Coverage: Benefit from a comprehensive 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty encompasses parts, labor, and travel expenses.
Travel Expenses: Estimated travel expenses are incorporated into the freight and installation charges for your convenience.
Computer Requirements: Ensure smooth operations by providing your own PC. Please be advised that Mac systems are not supported. The required specifications are as follows:
- Operating System: Minimum above Windows 7
- CPU: Minimum 3.2GHz core processor or higher
- Memory: Minimum 8GB RAM or higher
- Hard Drive: Minimum 500GB or larger (NTFS format)
- Ports: USB, Ethernet
Quote Validity: Our quoted prices are valid for 30 days. To proceed, a signed quote or purchase order along with the required deposit is essential.
Currency: All prices are quoted in USD, providing clarity and transparency in our transactions.
